Dynamic and growing hospital in New Jersey (35 minutes to Philadelphia/30 minutes to all points along Jersey Shore/90 minutes to NYC/75 minutes to D.C.). is seeking an outpatient Neurologist.

  • 100% Outpatient Only
  • Opening due to growth in the area
  • Practice call only; Inpatients done by Neuro-Hospitalist
  • EMGs a plus for new doc coming in ( huge referral base)
  • Location: Bordentown (future) and Langhorne
  • Practice call only ( all inpatients managed by Neuro-Hospitalist at both hospitals)
  • Looking for a General Neurologist
  • Teaching opportunity w/ IM Residents/ Research opportunities
  • Salary: $269,685 (25th - new grads) or $320K (median practicing docs)
  • EMR: Athena (outpatient)/ Cantata (Inpatient- new system coming in the next few yrs.)

            Procedures does in the office?

  • Botox ( Not in office currently, but could be)
  • TCDs in the office (Transcranial Doppler)
  • EMGs (Viasys equipment) 
  • Office hours 8:30am to 4pm


 

Headache Specialist -New Jersey

BE/BC Adult Neurologist who specializes in Headaches

Fellowship training is preferred.

Neuro- Hospitalist -New Jersey

Dynamic and growing hospital in New Jersey (35 minutes to Philadelphia/30 minutes to all points along Jersey Shore/90 minutes to NYC/75 minutes to D.C.). is seeking a Neurohospitalist

  • 7 on 7 off needed ( current schedule is Mon-Sun typically) Only cover 1 hospital typically when on. Shift is 7a-7p. 
  • Primary role will be to manage neurology patients outside of the ICU and cover all inpatient neurology consults, stroke alerts, and teleneurology. 
  • Nights: Telemedicine ( 11p – 7a) and Hospitalists in house for any issues
  • Night call is every other night at this point during your week on
  • APPs provide follow-up and continuing care 
  • Volume: 12-18 census is typical, 2-3 stroke alerts per 24 hr.stroke alert and TPA administered at both Hospitals
  •  Common cases: Stroke, Epilepsy, and lots of Pathology
  • Joining 3 other Neuro-Hospitalists 
  • Docs love it because there are a ton of strokes
  • 14 ICU beds/ 12 over flow ( closed ICU)
  • Sub-specialty support: Interventional, Endo-Vascular, and NeuroIntensivist
  • Guaranteed base salary with bonus potential
